Job Description:

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and high-energy Sales Assistant to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the primary engine for expanding our customer base, responsible for high-volume outreach and lead conversion. You will spend your day engaging potential clients, navigating objections with confidence, and ensuring that our existing customers remain loyal to the brand.

The ideal candidate is a "people person" who thrives on hitting targets and possesses the self-discipline to deliver results consistently, whether working from the office or remotely.

Requirements:

Lead Conversion & Outreach

  • Daily Prospecting: Manage a high volume of daily calls and follow-ups with potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Closing Sales: Master the art of persuasion to convert cold and warm leads into satisfied, paying clients.

  • Target Achievement: Work with a results-driven mindset to meet and exceed set daily and weekly sales targets.

Relationship Management

  • Retention: Maintain consistent communication with existing customers to encourage repeat business and foster long-term brand loyalty.

  • Inquiry Management: Act as a knowledgeable point of contact, responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing detailed, accurate product information.

Administration & Reporting

  • Data Integrity: Keep meticulous and organized records of all calls, sales transactions, and customer interactions to help the team track performance.

  • Self-Management: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and maintain high productivity, especially during remote work days.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Core Competencies:

    • Persuasion: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and convince potential clients.

    • Confidence: A clear and professional phone manner with the ability to handle rejection with resilience.

    • Organization: A disciplined approach to record-keeping and time management.

  • Experience:

    • Basic experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service is a significant advantage.

    • Proven ability to handle target-driven environments.

  • Personal Attributes:

    • Reliable, result-driven, and proactive.

    • A high degree of integrity and accountability.

N70,000/month!
