Job Description:

Business Development & Sales

  • Generate leads, approach prospective clients, and close B2B and B2C sales deals.
  • Build strong relationships with private buyers, retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, and distributors.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and drive brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to understand pricing trends, customer demand, and competitive landscape.

 

Operations & Vendor Management

  • Source products directly from farmers, producer groups, and local vendors.
  • Ensure quality control and proper handling of goods throughout the supply chain.
  • Manage order processing from purchase to customer delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics and dispatch of goods to ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment.

 

Customer Management:

  • Serve as point-of-contact for customer inquiries, orders, and delivery tracking.
  • Maintain excellent communication and follow-up to support repeat business and customer satisfaction.

 

Administrative & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, margins, sales targets, and expenses.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports for management review.
  • Suggest improvements to operations, business processes, and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • BSc Degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales, operations, procurement, agribusiness, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills.
  • Knowledge or interest in farming, sustainability, permaculture, and community development.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-friendly and comfortable with digital business tools.

 

Salary

N150,000 Monthly
