We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Identify new markets and customer segments.
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns (online and offline).
- Manage brand positioning and corporate image.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Oversee digital marketing activities (social media, email campaigns, website, advertising).
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and product launches.
- Monitor marketing ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability.
