Job Description:
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving product sales, building strong customer relationships, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration.
- Execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market intelligence.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Represent the company professionally in the assigned region.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales/marketing role within the FMCG sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the preferred location.
