Job Description:

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for the beauty industry? NOJ Cosmetic Distribution is looking for a motivated Remote Sales Agent to drive sales and expand our presence across West African markets. In this role, you will leverage your networking skills and social media expertise to promote premium global skincare and beauty brands to our wholesale and retail client base.

Requirements:

• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities via social media, digital networking, and market outreach.

• Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and distribution partners.

• Sales Execution: Promote and sell authentic, high-demand beauty products to wholesale and retail customers.

• Performance: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.

• Market Intelligence: Provide actionable feedback and local market insights to help refine our sales strategies and company growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a dedicated sales role (experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sector is a plus).

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

• Digital Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) for effective lead generation and brand promotion.

• Autonomy: A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage workflows and deliver results independently in a remote environment.

• Residency: Must be based within a West African country.
