We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The RPA Developer will support the Technology & Innovation team to manage automation projects/initiatives with the aim of enhancing service delivery across the organization.
• Support technical design development and maintenance of RPA applications and associated components
• Design automation processes as per the operational needs of the organization
• Scripting and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues.
• Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools
• Documenting the automation procedures
• Incorporate accurate unit testing practices into development processes.
• Business process requirements gathering, analysis and distilling for automation.
• Coordinate with other members of the Technology & Innovation team such as business analysts, Product Managers, and other functions.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of RPA concepts (bots, triggers, queues, selectors, attended/unattended automation etc).
• Familiarity with at least one automation platform:
  • UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. (Preferably UiPath or Power Automate)
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge in Python, C#, VB.NET, SQL, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of API integration and data exchange (REST, JSON, XML).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn automation architecture, AI/ML integration, and process optimization.
