Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite E-Commerce Operations Intern to anchor the execution engine of our Lagos-based digital platform. In a specialized online landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the procurement and the precision of the price update success is defined by "Ecosystem Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize Buyer/Seller needs with the clinical precision required for Order Processing, Market Sourcing, and Inventory Tracking. This role is designed for a "Supply Architect", specifically a BSc Graduate who can blend "Field Grit" (moving within Lagos for supplier visits) with the "Technical Agility" required to manage digital order tracking and pricing sheets.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Procurement Governance

• Order Sovereignty: Support procurement processes—including placement and tracking—with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Fulfillment Accuracy."

• Price Architecture: Confirm product availability and pricing through periodic supplier check-ins, providing the "Structural Foundation" for storefront integrity.

• Relationship Stewardship: Support high-fidelity interactions with Sellers (Distributors) and Buyers (Dealers), ensuring the "Source of Ecosystem Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Supply Logic

• Sourcing Sovereignty: Carry out market sourcing activities and physical supplier visits within Lagos, acting as the primary "Source of Real-World Market Intelligence."

• Inventory Architecture: Maintain and update supplier lists and order tracking sheets, providing the "Functional Foundation" for inventory visibility.

• Logistic Stewardship: Collaborate with internal teams and logistics providers, maintaining the "Source of Delivery Fidelity."

3. Operational Integrity & Growth Power

• Sales Sovereignty: Assist in onboarding new customers and tracking portfolio performance, acting as the primary "Source of Growth Support."

• Integrity Architecture: Utilize Excel/Google Sheets to manage data-heavy tracking tasks, providing the "Relational Foundation" for accurate reporting.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Lagos-based residency to navigate sourcing bottlenecks in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:
