We are seeking a high-impact Revenue Growth Strategist to spearhead our commercial growth framework. In this pivotal role, you will align sales, digital marketing, partnerships, and customer acquisition strategies to drive measurable revenue outcomes. You will be responsible for leading the growth journey and building an operational execution framework that scales our market presence.
Requirements:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, untapped market segments, and scalable revenue streams.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market trends, competitor intelligence, customer behavior, and sales performance data to inform growth initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize revenue performance across the board.
Funnel Optimization: Design and refine pricing models, customer acquisition funnels, and retention strategies to maximize efficiency.
Partnership Management: Build and nurture strategic business alliances to accelerate market expansion.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key revenue KPIs; prepare, present, and act upon regular growth performance reports.
Product GTM: Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new service offerings and product launches.
Value Maximization: Drive initiatives focused on Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in business strategy, growth, revenue operations, sales strategy, or business development.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
Strong background in business analytics tools.
Demonstrated ability in financial modeling and data interpretation.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
