We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Customer Assistance: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash, and manage returns or exchanges according to company policies.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Inventory Management: Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring that displays are visually appealing and well-maintained.
• Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the store or company, contributing to overall profitability.
• Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and address any issues or complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Customer Service Orientation: A dedication to providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
• Sales Skills: Ability to engage customers and promote products effectively to drive sales.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.
• Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in handling cash and performing basic mathematical calculations for transaction.
