Job Description:
- We are seeking experienced Sales Executives with a strong background in Modern Trade sales within the FMCG sector.
- In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling their cashew products to modern trade outlets like supermarkets, hypermarkets, and chain stores.
- You will also manage key accounts, negotiate product placement, and drive sales growth through in-store execution and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell cashew products to modern trade outlets (supermarkets, hypermarkets, chain stores).
- Build and manage relationships with modern trade buyers and store managers.
- Negotiate shelf space, pricing, and promotional deals with retailers.
- Execute in-store promotions and product displays to enhance visibility and sales.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in FMCG sales, specifically in Modern Trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets, and chain stores).
- Strong knowledge of modern trade structures, sales negotiations, and retail merchandising.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Ability to meet sales targets and provide insights into market dynamics.
What You'll Get:
- Salary: N250,000 Monthly (Gross)
- Commission.
