Job Description:

• The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and supporting daily store operations. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, promoting products, and maintaining a positive shopping experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Maintain product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness
• Support stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory counts
• Follow company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
• Participate in promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
