We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a reliable and responsible Dispatch Rider to join our restaurant team.
• The rider will be responsible for timely and safe delivery of food orders to customers, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining proper handling of items.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver food orders to customers within assigned areas.
• Ensure safe transportation of food packages without damage or spillage.
• Maintain proper communication with the restaurant on delivery updates.
• Keep the motorcycle clean, roadworthy, and adhere to traffic rules.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service during delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an SSCE/OND qualification.
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider is an added advantage.
• Must possess a valid rider’s card/license.
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads and routes.
• Strong sense of responsibility and time management.
• Courteous and customer-oriented.

Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary (N100,000 - N120,000)
