Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber and responsible Restaurant Manager to anchor the daily operations of our Quick Service Restaurant. In the fast-paced QSR landscape, success is defined by "Service Velocity", the ability to harmonize rapid food delivery with uncompromising hygiene and customer satisfaction. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with 2–4 years of experience who can blend "Leadership Grit" with the "Analytical Rigor" required to manage inventory, staff performance, and regional sales targets.

Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Service Consistency and Operational Integrity." You will be the primary engine of the restaurant: responsible for de-risking daily workflows, ensuring food quality remains elite, and maintaining a disciplined, high-performing team. If you possess "Strong Management Prowess," a background in Hospitality, and the "Agility" to thrive in a high-traffic environment, we want you to drive our operational sovereignty.

Requirements:

1. Service Governance & Guest Experience

  • Customer Sovereignty: Oversee daily operations to ensure every guest receives excellent service and high-fidelity food quality.

  • Incident Resolution: Act as the final point of escalation for customer complaints and operational bottlenecks, ensuring rapid and professional resolution.

  • Standard Enforcement: Maintain 100% compliance with company hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

2. Personnel Stewardship & Performance

  • Team Orchestration: Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily activity logs to ensure optimal floor coverage during peak hours.

  • Performance Mentorship: Supervise and evaluate staff activities, providing the leadership needed to maintain high morale and productivity.

  • Discipline & Culture: Cultivate a professional and inclusive work environment in line with Yum Yum Cafe’s core values.

3. Fiscal & Inventory Intelligence

  • Stock Stewardship: Monitor inventory levels and stock movement with millimetric precision to minimize waste and ensure product availability.

  • Sales Monitoring: Track daily sales performance and provide management with actionable insights to drive revenue growth.

  • Compliance Rigor: Ensure all back-of-house and front-of-house activities align with operational policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: HND qualification in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–4 years of robust experience specifically within Restaurant or QSR Management.

  • Competency: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage diverse teams in fast-paced environments.

Core Competencies

  • Operational Grit: Ability to handle the physical and mental demands of a high-traffic restaurant.
