Job Description:

J-Six Group is a fast-growing conglomerate with a strong presence in the FMCG, agribusiness, and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sectors. We are looking for organized, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Cashiers. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring every transaction is accurate and every customer leaves satisfied—even during our busiest rush hours.

Requirements:

• Customer Service Excellence: Take orders at the counter with a friendly demeanor and exceptional efficiency.

• Transaction Management: Process payments (cash and credit card) accurately, handle change with precision, and maintain a perfectly balanced register at the end of every shift.

• Order Fulfillment: Pack food items neatly and accurately, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.

• Conflict Resolution: Maintain a calm, professional attitude when handling impatient or irritated customers, ensuring a positive experience regardless of the rush.

• Operational Readiness: Demonstrate proficiency with digital registers and basic transactional machinery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Candidates must possess an SSCE or OND qualification.

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a fast-food restaurant is highly preferred and considered an added advantage.

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong mathematical skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Basic computer literacy for handling POS systems and transaction machinery.

  • A natural ability to prioritize customers and maintain a service-oriented mindset.

• Proximity: Only candidates living in close proximity to the location will be considered.

• Availability: Must be flexible and willing to work on a shift basis.
