Job Description:

Mshel Homes is seeking a curious, analytically minded, and driven Research Assistant to support our Innovation and Strategy Department. If you are passionate about dissecting market trends, uncovering hidden opportunities, and translating complex data into actionable business narratives, this is your opportunity. You will work at the core of our strategic planning, providing the intelligence leadership needs to drive innovation in the real estate sector.

Requirements:

• Market & Strategic Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies. Synthesize complex data into concise, executive-ready briefing documents.

• Innovation Pipeline: Assist in scouting and evaluating business models and best practices from both within and outside the real estate industry. Help maintain the innovation pipeline.

• Analytical Support: Contribute to SWOT analyses, scenario planning, and feasibility studies. Use data to build coherent narratives that support leadership decision-making.

• Data Stewardship: Design and manage research processes, including surveys, interviews, and desktop studies. Keep our research repositories organized and accessible.

• Reporting & Visualization: Prepare high-impact presentations, slide decks, and data visualizations that communicate strategic insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Monitoring & Benchmarking: Track competitor strategies and monitor global signals of change—from academic journals to industry news—that could influence our strategic direction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or Strategic Management. A Master’s/MBA is a distinct advantage.

• Experience: 1–3 years in a research, consulting, or corporate strategy environment.

• Research Proficiency: Strong grounding in qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Ability to design research frameworks from scratch.

• Analytical Rigor: Exceptional critical thinking skills. You must be able to connect disparate data points to form a broader "big picture" strategy.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is highly valued.

• Soft Skills:

  • Communication: Outstanding report-writing skills.
