Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and enthusiastic NYSC Human Resources Intern to join our team in Lagos. You will play a crucial role in building our workforce framework, ensuring that our recruitment pipelines move smoothly, and helping us maintain a culture of compliance and care. Requirements:

• Workforce Framework Support: Assist in the maintenance and evolution of our HR infrastructure, ensuring all personnel files and documentation are accurate, current, and confidential.

• Recruitment Coordination: Manage the end-to-end recruitment pipeline, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and drafting professional offer letters.

• Onboarding: Support the seamless onboarding of new hires, ensuring they are integrated into their teams and equipped with the necessary documentation from day one.

• Compliance Monitoring: Act as a custodian of excellence by monitoring staff adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines across all departments.

• Team Welfare & Admin: Track employee welfare initiatives and assist with internal documentation to ensure we remain a supportive and well-organized workplace.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Status: Must be a currently serving NYSC Corps Member (or awaiting placement/posting).

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
