Job Description:
As the Communication Associate, you will:
- Create engaging social media content that aligns with the brand’s voice and style.
- Curate and schedule posts to maintain consistency across platforms.
- Assist in producing multimedia content such as infographics, short videos, and graphics.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry conversations to gather insights.
- Identify potential brand risks on social platforms and escalate when necessary.
- Participate in online discussions to build community and cultivate loyal followers.
- Manage daily interactions on social media, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Track basic metrics like engagement, reach, and follower growth, and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on social media trends and propose creative content ideas.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of analytics.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong familiarity with social media management tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, PR, or similar.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or community engagement.
