Job Description:

• The Relationship Manager (SME Banking) will develop and manage relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises by providing financing solutions that support business growth. The role focuses on expanding the SME loan portfolio while promoting fintech-enabled financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard SME clients across targeted industries.
• Structure financing solutions including working capital and asset financing.
• Conduct credit assessments and financial analysis for SME clients.
• Monitor SME loan portfolios to ensure strong repayment performance.
• Provide advisory support to SME clients on financial planning and business growth.
• Drive deposit mobilization within the SME client segment.

• SME loan portfolio growth
• Portfolio at Risk (PAR)
• SME deposit growth
• Client acquisition rate
• Loan repayment performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline with 3–5 years’ experience in SME banking or fintech lending.
• Strong knowledge of SME credit analysis and financial management.
• Proven ability to grow SME client portfolios.
