We are recruiting to fill the position below
Job Description:
- Actively supporting the team’s client retention strategies by providing excellent service to customers.
- Serve as the primary daily service contact for the clients.
- Conduct accounts reviews to track customer needs and usage trends.
- Track and maintain customer data/information.
- Initiate the development of products required to meet customer needs.
- Market the Bank’s products to meet customer needs.
- Ensure efficient service and maintenance of existing customers.
- Perform all other duties as may be assigned by the Business Manager.
- As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: HND / B.Sc. in any discipline, with minimum of Upper Credit for HND and 2.2 for B.Sc.
- MBA/ACCA or post graduate education as added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum experience –6 years relevant banking (marketing/business development) experience.
