Job Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Lagos Island in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, attaining sales targets, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Daily tasks include understanding clients' financial needs, presenting appropriate products and services, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- We are looking for people currently working in the same capacity with a commercial bank.
Requirements:
- Experience in financial services, banking, or a related field
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Proficiency in sales, target achievement, and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Currently an ABO - AM Level in a commercial bank.
