Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Jos. In this role, you will provide comprehensive patient care across all categories, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence. You will be responsible for accurate patient assessment, effective treatment planning, continuous monitoring, and the precise administration of medication. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care while maintaining meticulous medical records and strictly adhering to all healthcare and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Patient Assessment & Care: Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide high-quality nursing care for patients across diverse medical needs.

• Treatment & Monitoring: Execute treatment plans and maintain continuous observation of patient vitals and clinical status.

• Medication Management: Safely and accurately administer prescribed medications and monitor for efficacy or side effects.

• Collaborative Practice: Engage proactively with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.

• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all clinical records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with national healthcare standards and hospital protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized academic institution.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of post-NYSC clinical experience in a recognized healthcare facility.

• Licensure: Valid and current registration/practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).

• Professional Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and ability to thrive in a team-based environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in computer applications for health information management.
