Job Description:

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Regional Business Manager who is responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and overseeing operations for our Organization.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement: Mobilize teams to meet or exceed regional sales targets through strategic planning and performance management.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional business plans and marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal standards.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff to improve performance and build a motivated workforce.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze competitors, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Control operational costs within budget constraints to maximize regional profitability.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports on regional performance to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of B.Sc in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance and any other relevant field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good leadership skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good Negotiation skills.

Salary

N250,000 - N300,000 per month
