Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Recruitment Specialist to anchor the talent engine of our human resources operations. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the hire and the precision of the cultural fit success is defined by "Talent Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex hiring needs with the clinical precision required for Job Scoping, Candidate Screening, and Negotiation. This role is designed for a "Hiring Architect", specifically an HR or Business graduate with at least 3 years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (conducting high-stakes interviews and building employer brand) with the "Technical Agility" required to utilize Candidate Management Systems (ATS).
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Acquisition Governance
Strategy Sovereignty: Develop and implement recruitment procedures in alignment with objectives, acting as the primary "Source of Talent Strategy."
Definition Architecture: Work closely with hiring managers to define millimetric job requirements, providing the "Structural Foundation" for successful hiring campaigns.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, ensuring the "Source of Legal Safety" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Selection Logic
Sourcing Sovereignty: Write and post high-fidelity job descriptions across various platforms, acting as the primary "Source of Candidate Attraction."
Screening Architecture: Conduct rigorous initial interviews and coordinate follow-up evaluations, providing the "Functional Foundation" for identifying top-tier talent.
Offer Stewardship: Manage the job offer process and negotiate terms with precision, maintaining the "Source of Successful Closures."
3. Operational Integrity & Branding Power
Brand Sovereignty: Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events, acting as the primary "Source of Employer Branding."
Database Architecture: Maintain a high-fidelity database of potential candidates for future openings, providing the "Relational Foundation" for a proactive talent pipeline.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 3+ years of HR experience to accelerate the "Time-to-Hire" cycle without compromising quality, maximizing the "Source of Organizational Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a generalist HR role with a proven track record in recruitment.
Technical Power: Proficiency in HR Software and candidate management systems.
Certification Advantage: Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, HRCI, SHRM) is highly preferred.
