Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity, sales-driven Recruitment Consultant & HR Support professional to anchor our talent advisory team in Lekki Phase 1. In the competitive world of executive search and HR consulting, success is defined by "Candidate Velocity", the ability to identify elite talent and bridge the gap between blue-chip organizational needs and top-tier human capital. This role is designed for a "Career Architect" who can blend "Consultative Sales" with the "Administrative Precision" required for HR operational support.
Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Talent Quality and Operational Continuity." You will be a primary engine of our consulting pipeline: responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing to placement, while supporting the internal HR framework with meticulous documentation. If you possess "Strong Persuasion Skills," a background in Social Sciences or HR, and the "Ambition" to thrive in a target-driven environment, we want you to drive our consulting sovereignty.
Requirements:
1. Talent Architecture & Recruitment Lifecycle
End-to-End Orchestration: Manage the full recruitment funnel, translating client role briefings into successful candidate placements within agreed timelines.
Sourcing Sovereignty: Utilize diverse recruitment channels to identify, screen, and shortlist high-potential candidates for multinational and blue-chip partners.
Pipeline Governance: Build and maintain robust talent pools, ensuring a "Warm" pipeline of qualified professionals is always ready for deployment.
Assessment Mastery: Conduct rigorous candidate interviews and assessments to ensure technical and cultural alignment with client requirements.
2. HR Operational Support & Administration
Documentation Stewardship: Support HR administrative processes by preparing employment contracts, induction packs, and maintaining accurate personnel records.
Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate a seamless transition for new hires through structured induction coordination and orientation scheduling.
Policy Compliance: Assist the HR department with the implementation of internal policies and compliance standards to ensure "Zero-Disruption" in operations.
3. Performance Analytics & Metrics
Data Fidelity: Assist in the preparation of high-fidelity HR reports and recruitment metrics to track conversion rates and sourcing effectiveness.
Timeline Management: Ensure high-quality candidate delivery remains within predefined SLAs, maintaining the firm's reputation for speed and precision.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Social Sciences.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within a recruitment agency.
Location: Must reside within commutable distance to Lekki Phase 1 (due to the urgency of the role).
