We are seeking a high-caliber, results-driven Recruiter to serve as the primary engine for talent growth across our diverse Group. This is a fully remote role designed for a "Sourcing Specialist" who can pivot between the clinical requirements of a health clinic, the global service standards of a virtual assistant firm, and the strategic training needs of an African talent placement organization.
Your mission is to maintain a "High-Quality, High-Speed" talent pipeline. You will be responsible for ensuring that only the top percentile of Nigerian talent is sourced, screened, and placed, maintaining our reputation for excellence in the international and local markets. Requirements:
1. Full-Lifecycle Recruitment & Sourcing
Cross-Brand Intake: Collaborate with hiring managers across three distinct industries to define role requirements and candidate success profiles.
Structured Sourcing: Utilize advanced search techniques to build deep talent pools for IV therapy clinics, international virtual assistants, and regional African placements.
Selection Rigor: Implement structured screening and interviewing methods to ensure every candidate is evaluated against objective, standardized criteria.
2. Pipeline Management & Compliance
Workflow Mastery: Manage multiple, concurrent hiring pipelines without compromising on quality or recruitment timelines.
Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate a seamless transition for new hires, ensuring all documentation and introductory protocols are completed with precision.
Data Stewardship: Maintain meticulously updated recruitment records, providing real-time visibility into pipeline health and compliance.
3. Remote Productivity & Infrastructure
Operational Continuity: Maintain a high level of productivity in a fully remote environment, ensuring that internet, power, and hardware backups are always operational.
Communication Integrity: Serve as the professional face of our brands, managing candidate expectations and stakeholder updates with clarity and speed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Compliance: Completion of NYSC is mandatory.
Remote Readiness: Must have a dedicated home office setup including reliable internet, stable electricity, a functional computer, and backup power solutions.
Core Competencies
Interviewing Mastery: Strong knowledge of behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
Organizational Grit: Ability to toggle between vastly different job descriptions (e.g., Medical vs. Virtual Support) with high attention to detail.
