Job Description:

• Manage a portfolio of non-performing loans, focusing on timely and effective recovery.
• Communicate with clients to understand their financial situations and negotiate sustainable repayment plans.
• Conduct on-site visits to clients to verify information and discuss recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all recovery activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the legal team on cases requiring further action.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-5 years of field experience in loan recovery.
• Proven experience working in a microfinance bank is a must.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a resilient attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload.
