Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, welcoming, and organized Receptionist (Front Desk Officer) to join our team in Abuja. You will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, responsible for creating a positive initial impression, managing inquiries, and ensuring the smooth flow of front-desk operations. Requirements:

  • Front-Desk Management: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring the reception area is neat, orderly, and representative of our brand.

  • Communication Hub: Manage incoming calls, emails, and physical inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and efficiency.

  • Administrative Support: Perform essential daily administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and coordination of office communications.

  • Operational Coordination: Assist with the smooth flow of office visitors, manage appointment scheduling, and handle basic office logistics.

  • Professional Representation: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, ensuring all interactions align with our service standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative role is a significant advantage.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.

Salary

₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
