Job Description:
We are looking for a warm, professional, and efficient Receptionist to be the face of our hotel in Ikotun. You are the first person our guests encounter, and your goal is to set the tone for an exceptional stay from the moment they walk through our doors.

Requirements:
Guest Services & Operations
The Warm Welcome: Greet every guest with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
Seamless Logistics: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth experience for every guest.
Reservations Management: Handle room bookings, reservations, and cancellations with precision.
Information Hub: Provide accurate and helpful information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to ensure guests make the most of their visit.
Administration & Coordination
Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries promptly.
Data Integrity: Maintain detailed guest records while ensuring complete data confidentiality.
Financial Compliance: Process payments accurately in line with our cashless hotel policy.
Team Synergy: Coordinate effectively with the housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are always ready for arrivals.
Problem Solving & Upkeep
Conflict Resolution: Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Front Desk Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: [e.g., Minimum of OND in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.]
Experience: [e.g., 1–2 years of experience in a similar customer-facing or hospitality role.]
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office/Hotel Management Software.
A calm, professional, and patient demeanor, especially under pressure.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
