Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy and meticulously organized Receptionist to anchor the front-line operations of our store in Garki. In a busy retail hub, success is defined by "First-Impression Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize a warm, professional welcome with the administrative agility required to manage high-volume enquiries. This role is designed for a "Service Architect" with 1–2 years of experience who can blend "Interpersonal Diplomacy" with the "Organizational Grit" required to support daily store workflows.
Requirements:
1. Brand Ambassadorship & Guest Relations
Elite Welcoming: Act as the first point of contact, welcoming every customer with warmth and professional grace to establish an immediate positive brand connection.
Enquiry Orchestration: Professionally attend to walk-in customers and manage phone calls and messages, ensuring every query is resolved or directed with millimetric precision.
Problem-Solving Diplomacy: Identify customer needs quickly and provide high-quality information to enhance their shopping or service experience.
2. Administrative Stewardship & Flow Management
Space Governance: Maintain a clean, organized, and high-fidelity reception area that reflects the store's commitment to excellence.
Operational Support: Provide tactical administrative assistance to the broader store team when required, ensuring back-office tasks do not create front-end bottlenecks.
Digital Literacy: Utilize basic computer knowledge to manage customer records, respond to messages, or track enquiries effectively.
3. Professionalism & Team Synergy
Communication Integrity: Use excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and ensure a seamless handoff of customers to the relevant departments.
Reliability & Presence: Maintain high-fidelity attendance and punctuality for the Monday–Saturday work schedule in Garki.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Proactively look for ways to improve the guest experience, serving as the "Source of Truth" for customer feedback to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: SSCE (Senior Secondary Certificate Examination).
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or customer service role.
Technical Savvy: Basic computer knowledge is a significant advantage.
Core Competencies
Interpersonal Grit: Exceptional ability to remain friendly, patient, and professional under pressure.
Organizational Prowess: A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
