Job Description:
As our Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our company, ensuring that all visitors, clients, and guests are welcomed in a professional and courteous manner. You will play a key role in supporting our daily office operations and maintaining an efficient, organized workspace.
Requirements:
Visitor Management: Welcome guests, direct inquiries to appropriate departments, and maintain a pristine, organized reception area.
Communication Hub: Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and professional correspondence.
Administrative Support: Schedule appointments and meetings, manage conference room bookings, and provide general support across various departments.
Documentation: Handle incoming mail/packages and maintain accurate visitor logs, filing systems, and records.
Office Operations: Assist with inventory management for office supplies and handle procurement requests.
Customer Care: Promptly address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of privacy for company and client information.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: OND or HND in any relevant discipline.
Experience: 0–1 years in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative capacity.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
Skills & Competencies
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong telephone etiquette.
Service-Oriented: A friendly, interpersonal demeanor with a focus on high-quality customer service.
Organization: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
