Job Description:
Act as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel efficiently.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, ensuring all communications are handled promptly.
Respond to general inquiries and emails, redirecting them to the relevant teams as needed.
Conduct administrative data analysis to support reporting and decision-making processes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Keep accurate visitor records and maintain the visitor logbook.
Provide general administrative support to staff and management.
Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management.
Coordinate internal and external communications, including distributing correspondence and office mail.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming packages, letters, and deliveries promptly.
Ensure timely dispatch of outgoing correspondence and parcels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; an MBA is highly preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in reception, administration, or related roles.
