Job Description:
Are you a highly organized, professional, and tech-savvy individual looking to make a meaningful impact? We are hiring a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to serve as the face of our company. You will be the primary point of contact for our office, ensuring that our front desk operations are efficient, our communications are seamless, and our daily office activities run smoothly. Requirements:
Front Desk Excellence: Act as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors, clients, and guests with a professional and warm demeanor.
Communication Management: Efficiently manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence to ensure timely responses.
Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate high-priority meetings between Managing Directors and prospective clients; manage complex calendars and meeting logistics.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records and physical/digital files. Prepare professional letters, reports, and presentations as needed.
Operational Oversight: Keep the reception area and office environment organized. Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure office supplies and services are maintained.
Special Projects: Assist management with administrative duties and various ad-hoc office projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role is highly valued.
Tech Proficiency: Must be tech-savvy with strong skills in either:
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, Drive)
Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English.
Skills: Strong time management, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a proven ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
Professionalism: High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and a polished professional demeanor.
