Job Description:
- The key purpose of this role is to maintain, repair and optimize plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality at minimum cost without sacrificing standards.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Reconcile & balance stock issues to Brewing on SAP and MES systems.
- Resolve SSC queries & clear GR/IR.
- Do ICE control checks weekly & compile ICE documents as per checklist.
- Ensure that all governance processes and documentation are followed and completed to ensure that all physical movement of inventory is correctly reflected in SAP.
- Compliance to all stock count procedures & policies.
- Execution of Ab InBev Safety Standards and Procedures.
- Ensure all stock reflected in SAP balances to physical stock weekly.
- Raw materials are ordered & available on time for production.
- Manage suppliers' queries & GR/IR tightly.
- Monitor and ensure Brewing Raw material supply to production through correspondence with Raw Material Controller & forklift drivers and factor into production plan.
- Ensure adherence to the Africa Zone Inventory Control Policy by means of governance through weekly and monthly reports.
- Ensure Zero Variance between SAP and SOH.
- Calculate Transfer Loss.
- Monitor material shelf.
- Capture material reception and shipment to other sites.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Min – OND in a relevant course
- Min - 2-3 years’ experience in a Stock Control environment
- Excellent knowledge of Stock Control processes
- Problem solving ability
- Good MS Office proficiency
- Sound knowledge of the SAP S4HANA system
