We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• This hybrid role blends technical proficiency in tendering and cost management with strategic business development, offering an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional to lead and secure high-value projects.
• We are seeking to hire a dynamic, commercially savvy Quantity Surveyor with a proven background in Business Development to drive growth initiatives within the construction and oil & gas sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and oil & gas sectors.
• Prepare, review, and package competitive tenders and bids, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support contract discussions with prospective clients and partners.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to develop winning strategies for project acquisition.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to tailor proposals and business outreach.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tendering, bidding, or cost estimation ideally within the construction and/or oil & gas industries.
• Proven track record in developing and securing projects through successful tender submissions.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-motivated, with a strategic mindset and a passion for growth.
