We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, located in Lekki.
• The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks, including cost control, budget management, preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning and reporting, and ensuring that the financial objectives of projects are achieved

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in interior fit-out or joinery projects
• Strong skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience in preparing and managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Cost estimation and budgeting
• Proficiency in Cost Reporting
• Familiarity with interior drawings and project specs
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Professional certification or membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., RICS, NIQS) is a plus
• Familiarity with construction software and tools
