Job Description:

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. The role involves preparing cost estimates, budgets, bills of quantities, tender documents, and valuations to ensure projects are delivered within budget and in line with quality standards. The QS will work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to provide accurate cost management, contract administration, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• B.Tech, B.Sc, or HND in Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience: 2 - 5 years.
• Site work experience, Proficiency in Auto card and Microsoft office.
• Must be a Nigerian national and ready to work in any state in Nigeria.
