We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join our Civil Department, responsible for cost estimation, project budgeting, and material planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for civil projects
• Monitor project costs, timelines, and material utilisation
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and vendors
• Ensure quality standards and cost control measures are met.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying
• Proven experience in construction cost estimation and project control
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
