Berekkah Consulting Limited - Our client, a leading provider of high-standard facility management services, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Monitor and inspect ongoing and completed construction and renovation works for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and site workers to identify and correct issues promptly.
• Supervise and guide site workers to maintain construction quality throughout project execution.
• Perform site walk-throughs and generate quality control reports after each project milestone.
• Verify the correct use of materials, workmanship, and compliance with approved designs.
• Provide feedback to management and contractors on job performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Ensure renovation projects are executed according to scope, budget, and timelines without compromising quality.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections, reports, and quality evaluations

Requirements:

• A minimum of HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related construction field. Relevant certifications in Quality Control, Project Supervision, or Construction Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in building renovation, construction supervision, and project lifecycle management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to supervise and assess quality like a foreman on-site.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach to work.
• Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High level of integrity and commitment to quality standards.
