Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Quality Control Inspector to anchor the validation engine of our Power Systems C.K.D Department. In the industrial power sector, success is defined by "Surface Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize chemical pretreatment with the clinical precision required for Film Thickness Testing, Cross-Hatch adhesion, and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI). This role is designed for a "Technical Architect" with an Engineering or Science degree and 1–2 years of experience who can blend "Metrological Grit" (mastering Vernier Calipers and Gauges) with the "Analytical Agility" required to detect and investigate non-conformities in the painting line.

Requirements:

1. Pretreatment Orchestration & Chemical Governance

• Sampling Sovereignty: Analyze pretreatment plant samples with clinical focus, ensuring every surface acts as a "Source of Optimal Coating Adhesion."

• Data Architecture: Inspect all results from the pretreatment plant to ensure they correspond with established controls, acting as the primary "Source of Chemical Integrity."

• Validation Stewardship: Follow up with the production team on laboratory tests, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for protective coating durability.

2. Metrological Resilience & Inspection Logic

• Tooling Sovereignty: Utilize QC tools (Film Thickness Gauges, Vernier Calipers, Cross-Hatch testers) with millimetric focus, maintaining the "Source of Dimensional Accuracy."

• Process Architecture: Carry out quality inspections across the painting line, assembly, and PDI, acting as the primary "Source of Conformity Approval."

• Investigation Stewardship: Detect and investigate all non-conformities related to the painting line, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in the reporting and documentation of records.

3. Operational Integrity & Reporting Power

• Safety Sovereignty: Abide by all safety rules and utilize Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) with professional poise, acting as the "Source of Site Safety."

• Reporting Architecture: Compile high-fidelity daily reports on completed jobs, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for the QC Supervisor’s oversight.

• Maintenance Logic: Take absolute care of Company QC tools under your possession, utilizing 1–2 years of technical experience to optimize the "Source of Equipment Longevity."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Graduate of Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related Science discipline.

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of robust experience in a manufacturing or technical QC role.

• Technical Mastery: Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and proficiency in using metrology tools (Caliper, Tape Rule, Gauges).

• Operational Sovereignty: Ability to work with approved methods and correct equipment under industrial pressure.
