Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned QA/QC professional to lead our technical governance and product integrity function. This is a high-stakes leadership role responsible for ensuring that every product leaving our plant meets uncompromising quality objectives and stringent regulatory requirements.

As the QA/QC Manager, you will be the primary architect of our Quality Management Systems (QMS), overseeing laboratory operations, chemical parameter controls, and ISO compliance. You will bridge the gap between production efficiency and customer satisfaction, ensuring that high-volume plastic manufacturing never compromises on precision. Requirements:

1. Quality Systems & ISO Governance

• QMS Architecture: Drive the implementation of organization-wide quality control and ISO 9001 processes, ensuring the plant is perpetually audit-ready.

• Annual Strategy: Prepare and execute the annual Quality Control Plan, aligning plant activities with group-wide production standards.

• Statutory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies, ensuring 100% compliance with national and international regulatory requirements.

2. Technical Lab Operations & Process Control

• Laboratory Leadership: Supervise high-precision testing for raw materials, intermediate products, and final goods. Ensure that chemical parameters, including weaning and pilling of raw materials, are strictly controlled.

• Calibration & Maintenance: Own the annual calibration schedule for all laboratory equipment to ensure measurement accuracy and prevent production downtime.

• Deviation Management: Establish real-time monitoring to identify quality deviations immediately, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to maintain product specifications.

3. Strategic Leadership & Interface Management

• Departmental Synergy: Manage the critical interface between QA/QC, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure a seamless flow of high-quality goods.

• Team Mentorship: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the plant QA/QC team, fostering a culture of precision and accountability.

• Executive Reporting: Deliver periodic performance reports to the Plant Head and Group Production Head, highlighting trends, risks, and quality milestones.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Industry IQ: Mandatory working knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and material behavior.

• Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in QA/QC roles within a manufacturing environment.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any Science-related field (Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Engineering preferred).

• Certification: Professional membership and certification in recognized quality management institutions (e.g., ASQ, CQM).

• Analytical Precision: Expert ability to track product procedures, documentation, and regulatory complexities.
