Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA systems, standards, and procedures for all production lines.

• Conduct regular inspections, testing, and audits of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.

• Work closely with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards applicable to plastic manufacturing.

• Supervise and train QA/QC staff to improve quality performance and awareness.

• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records for audits and certifications.

• Liaise with customers and stakeholders on quality-related matters.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of quality control methods, standards, and tools.

• Hands-on experience with ISO standards and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Industrial Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years’ QA/QC experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Proven experience in plastic houseware, plastic furniture, or packaging manufacturing is mandatory.
