Job Description:

• Familiarity with various fabrication methods, such as welding, Grinding, sandering, powder coating, and assembly, is important. 
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is essential for conducting inspections and ensuring quality. 
• The ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues is a critical skill. 
• A keen eye for detail is crucial for identifying and preventing quality defects.

• Proven ability to lead teams, motivate staff, and manage quality control activities is crucial.
