Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and community-focused Project Officer to lead the planning and execution of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and health outreach initiatives. In this role, you will be the primary coordinator for programs designed to make a tangible impact on community well-being. You will manage the entire project lifecycle from initial logistical planning and stakeholder engagement to the rigorous collection and analysis of impact data.
The ideal candidate combines a passion for social impact with the analytical discipline required to measure the success of public health interventions.
Requirements:
Program Coordination & Logistics
Strategic Planning: Plan and coordinate comprehensive CSR programs and community health outreaches tailored to target demographics.
Logistics Management: Oversee project timelines and complex logistics, ensuring that all necessary medical supplies, personnel, and infrastructure are in place for field activities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the lead liaison between internal teams and external partners, including NGOs, local community leaders, and government health bodies.
Data Analytics & Impact Reporting
Data Collection: Systematically collect and analyze field data to track project performance against key health and social indicators.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and insights that quantify the impact of each initiative, providing data-backed recommendations for continuous program improvement.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all outreach activities align with best practices in public health and corporate governance.
Collaboration & Partnership
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with marketing, communications, and clinical teams to align CSR efforts with broader organizational goals.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong networks within the non-profit and community sectors to expand the reach and effectiveness of outreaches.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Medical Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
Experience:
Proven track record in CSR initiatives or NGO operations.
Direct experience organizing and executing community-based programs or medical outreaches.
Technical Skills:
Strong data analytics and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools is highly valued.
A medical or health background (e.g., Nursing, Community Health) is a significant advantage.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholders, from corporate executives to community beneficiaries.
Organization: Mastery of project management tools and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a field environment.
