Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and intellectually elite Project Officers to anchor our development engine in Anambra State. In a fast-scaling agribusiness, success is defined by "Implementation Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex farm development tasks (irrigation, construction, expansion) with the clinical precision required for milestone tracking, resource allocation, and stakeholder diplomacy. This role is designed for a "Project Architect" with 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Execution Grit" (managing onsite tasks) with the "Technical Agility" required to deliver high-fidelity infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

1. Task Orchestration & Milestone Governance

  • Execution Sovereignty: Coordinate daily project tasks with millimetric precision, ensuring every activity acts as a "Source of Progress" for the farm’s development goals.

  • Timeline Architecture: Monitor and track project milestones with clinical attention to detail, identifying and resolving potential delays before they impact the "Completion Window."

  • Resource Logic: Assist in the allocation of materials, labor, and tools, ensuring "Zero-Waste" implementation of all onsite development activities.

2. Infrastructure Synergy & Implementation Logic

  • Development Stewardship: Support the implementation of farm infrastructure projects (e.g., storage facilities, irrigation systems, housing), ensuring they meet "High-Fidelity" engineering and agricultural standards.

  • Vendor Diplomacy: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and technical teams to ensure "Zero-Friction" collaboration during the project life cycle.

  • Risk Reconnaissance: Proactively identify project risks or site anomalies, providing management with "Intelligence-Driven" recommendations for mitigation.

3. Performance Intelligence & Documentation Power

  • Visibility Architecture: Prepare and maintain high-impact progress reports and project trackers, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for executive decision-making.

  • Institutional Memory: Maintain organized, "Audit-Ready" project documentation, including contracts, site reports, and expenditure logs, to ensure 100% accountability.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Work synchronously with the Procurement and Operations teams to ensure all project inputs are delivered to the site with "Just-in-Time" accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of BA / BSc / HND in Project Management, Agribusiness, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of robust experience in project coordination, implementation, or farm development.

  • Location: Must be willing to work Onsite in Anambra State.

Core Competencies

  • Organizational Grit: Elite ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and site requirements simultaneously.

  • Communication Power: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and high-stakes stakeholder coordination.

  • Proactive Sovereignty: A "Self-Starting" mindset with the ability to foresee and solve problems before they escalate.
