Job Description:
- The Network Expansion Manager will lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of the company's physical expansion projects including new branches, showrooms, warehouses, workshops and offices.
- The role oversees site identification, feasibility studies, construction, fit-out, contractor management, budget control, statutory approvals and project handover.
Key Roles / Responsibilities
- Develop expansion strategy.
- Identify and evaluate new sites.
- Conduct technical due diligence.
- Lead construction, renovation and fit-out projects.
- Manage consultants and contractors.
- Prepare budgets and timelines.
- Ensure HSE and regulatory compliance.
- Review drawings and BOQs.
- Monitor quality, cost and schedule.
- Deliver projects ready for operations.
- Lead and mentor the team.
- Report progress to management.
