Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction and design projects.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and procurement schedules.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and project updates.
- Resolve issues, provide leadership, and drive process improvement.
Requirements:
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Must reside within the Lekki–Ajah axis for proximity.
Qualifications and Skills:
- B.Sc./B.Eng/B.Arch in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction or infrastructure projects.
