Job Description:

• Peridot n Pink is seeking a proactive and hands-on Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our interior design and civil works projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong site presence and will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, adherence to timelines, and alignment with approved design intent throughout the project lifecycle.
• We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of site coordination, manage teams effectively, and ensure seamless execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Site Coordination & Supervision:

• Be physically present on site for the majority of the project lifecycle, particularly during civil works and furniture production phases.
• Supervise and coordinate artisans, contractors, and suppliers on site.
• Ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, 3D designs, and project pinboards.
• Conduct daily site inspections and provide structured progress reports.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays or rework.
• Enforce accountability among site workers and ensure compliance with instructions.

Project Management & Execution:

• Monitor project timelines and ensure work is executed according to schedule.
• Ensure quality control across all aspects of production, installation, and finishing.
• Liaise with the design team, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Coordinate site activities to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Manage procurement follow-ups and ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.

Quality Control & Compliance:

• Ensure all execution aligns with approved concepts, technical drawings, and company standards.
• Maintain high attention to detail throughout all phases of project execution.
• Ensure proper workmanship and finishing quality across all installations and civil works.

Requirements:

• Background in Architecture, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within interior design, construction, or furniture production.
• Strong understanding of site execution, civil works, and joinery/furniture production.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and 3D designs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability and ownership.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
