Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to lead our most ambitious construction and infrastructure projects from inception to closeout. This is a mission-critical leadership role for a professional who thrives at the intersection of architectural design, engineering precision, and operational delivery.
As the Project Manager, you will be the single point of accountability for planning, executing, and closing projects within a strict Triple Constraint (Time, Scope, and Budget). You will lead cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring that every structure we build adheres to the highest aesthetic, technical, and safety standards. Requirements:
1. Lifecycle Planning & Design Oversight
Project Architecture: Define the project scope, deliverables, and technical specifications, translating client visions into executable project plans.
Design Coordination: Oversee the development of construction documentation and technical specifications to ensure they meet both project goals and regulatory building codes.
Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate human and material resources to maximize efficiency and prevent project drift.
2. Operational Execution & Technical Leadership
Team Orchestration: Lead and mentor a diverse team of internal staff and external consultants, fostering a culture of high performance and productivity.
Timeline Mastery: Track milestones using tools like MS Project or AutoCAD, implementing real-time schedule adjustments to stay ahead of critical path delays.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous site safety standards and ensure all construction activities adhere to environmental and building regulations.
3. Risk Governance & Stakeholder Synergy
Active Risk Mitigation: Identify potential structural, financial, or timeline risks early, implementing robust mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and regulatory authorities, managing expectations through structured reporting and transparent communication.
Performance Analytics: Track project performance using KPIs and performance frameworks to ensure all deliverables meet industry-leading quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction or project management roles.
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) credentials are highly valued.
Core Competencies
Technical IQ: Deep understanding of architectural design principles, construction processes, and building codes.
Tool Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management methodologies.
