Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to bridge the gap between complex banking systems and strategic business objectives. You will lead cross-functional technical teams, oversee the full lifecycle of banking software applications, and ensure our digital infrastructure remains secure, scalable, and high-performing.

Requirements:

• Strategic Project Execution: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical banking applications and systems.

• IT Leadership: Drive end-to-end project execution using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

• Infrastructure & Cloud Management: Oversee the integrity of network infrastructure and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Cybersecurity Oversight: Champion cybersecurity compliance, risk mitigation, and the protection of sensitive financial data.

• Technical Translation: Partner with business units to translate complex operational requirements into robust, high-performance IT solutions.

• Operational Excellence: Lead troubleshooting, system testing, and technical support efforts to ensure 99.9% uptime.

• Team Mentorship: Mentor junior staff and contribute to the development of the organization’s long-term technology roadmap.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Professional Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, TOGAF, or AWS Solutions Architect are highly preferred.

• Experience: 6+ years of proven experience in IT leadership, software engineering, or technical project management, preferably within the Banking or FinTech sector.

Skills & Competencies:

• Software Engineering: Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, and SQL.

• Cloud Architecture: Demonstrable familiarity with cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Security Mindset: In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and financial data protection practices.

• Methodology: Expert-level application of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, complex problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail.

• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and team collaboration skills, capable of communicating technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.
