Centerbase is a Nigerian Engineering company providing services in the field of Information Technology and Telecommunications to the Marine, Oil and Gas, Government, Media and Telco industry in Africa and the Gulf of Guinea. Our goal is to help provide Field Telecommunication Engineering Support Services to International Companies who operate in the same sector as us for their customers in Africa and to the Oil and Gas Companies in Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the strategic direction and implementation of a government-backed initiative to establish an aggregator for enterprise support organizations administering Centers of Excellence in Nigerian universities and polytechnics.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and direction for the aggregator program
• Liaise with government agencies, universities, polytechnics, and ESOs
• Ensure strategic alignment with national innovation and entrepreneurship goals
• Oversee program budgeting, staffing, and strategic partnerships
• Approve high-level operational and policy decisions
• Provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders and Centerbase leadership.

Requirements:

• A Master's Degree in Public Policy, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in leadership within entrepreneurship, academia, or public policy
• Demonstrated experience with multi-stakeholder or government-funded projects
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
